Billing Policy

This Billing Policy outlines the terms related to subscription fees, one-time services, renewals, cancellations, and payment practices for MyCustomCourse (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to this Billing Policy.

1. Platform Subscription Plans

MyCustomCourse offers monthly and annual subscription plans that provide access to the learning platform.

Subscription fees vary based on the selected plan and participant limits.

A. Recurring Billing

All subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

By subscribing, you authorize MyCustomCourse to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

2. Annual Billing

Annual plans are billed in full at the start of the subscription term.

If an annual discount is offered (such as “2 months free”), it is applied at the time of purchase.

Annual subscriptions:

  • Renew automatically after 12 months unless canceled prior to renewal

  • Are non-refundable once payment is processed

3. Participant-Based Pricing

Platform pricing is based on the number of active participants enrolled in your courses.

An “active participant” includes any user who has access to a course during a billing cycle.

If participant limits are exceeded:

  • You may be required to upgrade your subscription plan

  • We may restrict additional enrollments until compliance is restored

Failure to maintain an appropriate plan may result in temporary access limitations.

4. One-Time Course Creation Services

Course build packages, guided services, and white-glove content creation are billed as one-time fees per course.

Payment terms:

  • Full payment may be required before work begins, or

  • A deposit may be required as agreed in writing

Once course development work has begun, fees are non-refundable.

Additional courses are billed separately at current rates.

5. Failed or Late Payments

If a payment fails:

  • You will be notified via email

  • We may attempt to reprocess the payment

  • Platform access may be temporarily restricted until payment is resolved

Continued failure to resolve payment may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

Cancellation terms:

  • Cancellation prevents future billing

  • No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods

  • Access remains active through the end of the current billing cycle

Annual plans remain active for the full prepaid term.

7. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once billed

  • Annual subscription fees are non-refundable after payment

  • Course creation services are non-refundable once work has commenced

Refunds, if granted, are issued at our sole discretion.

8. Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

For active subscribers, pricing changes will not take effect until the next billing cycle after notice has been provided.

9. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your subscription or service purchase.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have a billing concern, you agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of your account and revocation of platform access.
