3. Account Registration

4. Subscriptions & Billing

A. Monthly Platform Access

B. Participant-Based Pricing

Pricing tiers are based on the number of active participants enrolled in courses.

If participant limits are exceeded, you may be required to upgrade your plan.

C. Annual Plans

Annual plans are billed upfront and may include discounted pricing.

Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal.

5. Course Creation & One-Time Services

Course build packages and related services are billed as one-time fees.

Once course development work begins, fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

• Subscription payments are non-refundable once billed.

• Annual plans are non-refundable after payment.

• Course creation services are non-refundable once work begins.

We may review refund requests at our sole discretion.

7. Instructor Responsibilities

Instructors are solely responsible for:

• The content they create and upload

• Compliance with applicable laws

• Ensuring content does not infringe on third-party rights

• Accuracy of all claims made in their courses

MyCustomCourse does not review or verify course content for accuracy.

8. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

• Use course materials for personal educational purposes

• Not copy, distribute, or resell course content

• Respect intellectual property rights

Unauthorized sharing or distribution of course materials is prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property

A. Platform Ownership

All platform software, design, branding, and proprietary technology are owned by MyCustomCourse.

You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform.

B. Instructor Content

Instructors retain ownership of their content.

By uploading content, instructors grant MyCustomCourse a limited license to host, display, and deliver that content through the platform.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Upload unlawful or harmful content

• Attempt unauthorized system access

• Interfere with platform functionality

• Use the Services for illegal purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

11. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect access.

12. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• Business success

• Income generation

• Student outcomes

• Platform uptime without interruption

Results depend on factors outside our control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyCustomCourse shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of profits or business

• Decisions made based on course content

• Errors or omissions in instructor materials

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

14. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Platform access may be revoked

• Content hosting may cease

• Outstanding balances remain due

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes.

16. Governing Law
